  • Rare and impressive array of well restored classic rides, dating back to the 30s! An array of other things like organs, cars and bikes too. Well worth a visit
  • We were surprised by the variety and number of things to do and see. There were lots of pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful staff on hand. An enjoyable afternoon.
  • Well worth a visit. As well as the fairground items & Traction engines there are Cars, Bikes,Motor bikes, working Vintage Organs, Model items AA related items Tin signs.... All sorts... And a Nice tea / bar area with smashing Orange cake !!!. You can easily pass a few hours soaking it all in.
  • This is easily the best thing we did on a long weekend in scarborough with the kids this year. It is an amazing collection of (originally, mostly steam/ converted) powered vintage fair ground rides (carousels/ mini cars/ faster horses/ dodgems) as well as steam engines & also organs & other interesting vintage stuff too. Its indoor, so weather not an issue and run by a lovely bunch of volunteers (mostly elderly). You pay £1 per ride. Entrance gives you all day if you want it. Snack cafe & bar are available on site. I would go to Scarborough just for this.
  • Brilliant day there with the kids
