Visited today with my daughter-in-law, two 3 year old grandsons and 5 month old granddaughter. Bought a family ticket for two adults and two children. Had a 10% off voucher but apparently this cannot ...  more »

Very well maintained and seems to keep expanding since the last time we've been here. Worth the £13 and coming back :)  more »

We looked at website and decided to stop here on way home from Southend on sea as we are especially big cat lovers. Unfortunately, it appears the website is out of date as one of the tiger enclosures ...  more »

  • Brilliant zoo. The park keepers care so much for the animals. It's not a huge zoo but there's still so much to see. A picnic area and a great play ground for the kids too. In my opinion, in terms of caring for the animals it's the best zoo in the UK.
  • In one word brilliant! Lovely place for kids, my little one loved seeing all the animals. Small cafe and shop on site but big picnic and play area. Animals ranging from small to large with small stroller safari for the kids to touch and feed small animals when I'm season such as lambs. Highly recommended.
  • The news broke that a zoo keeper was killed by a tiger. The sooner they close down all these antiquated places where they keep animals captive the better. We need to become aware that protecting land for reintroducing animals back into the wild is more important. Conservationist are working so hard to educate people. STOP THE CRUELTY NOW!!!
  • Somewhere between a zoo and a wildlife park, but a great way to see some rare and interesting animals up close. They seem to be actively expanding the place at the moment so there's even more to come. The cafe is quite small and the food selection not great, but the outside seating area is covered and cozy.
  • "HAMERTON PARK ZOO"..... ROSA KING was undoubtedly enthusiastically actively involved in the conservation of endangered TIGERS and many other wild animal species which already have their 'natural habitat destroyed by humans, are being confined by 'roads, railways, human settlements and industry, its pollution......Let us see improvements in landscaping, attention aids for the animals and 'five star' animal enclosures, (as these animals spend their lives confined to the same place)....Conservation is very important for these species now, in the 21st Century and we can be sure that the iconic 'ROSA KING' would want the best for all the animals here, for visitors to see all the animals in their " best light"......So that you, the visitor can admire their natural beauty and contribute to their conservation in the wild places that they live....'ROSA KING'.....THANK YOU......R.I.P........
