  • Whether you are a veteran bird watcher, keen cyclist or taking the family out for the day, there is something to do for everyone. The site includes the RSPB HQ, cafe, toilets and an area to talk all things nature with one of their helpful staff. There are plenty of walks and a den building area too. It is a must for those sunny weekends.
  • Beautiful views, I would recommend to anyone that is stressed or feeling down. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. They give you lots of options to keep you connected with the wildlife. Lots of places you can walk and look at, very fascinating.
  • Beautiful mixed woodland and heath, old oaks and sweet chestnuts, pine groves. Lovely nature trails with benches dotted around. Some trails have occasional steepish inclines. Wonderful sight lines and of course opportunities to spot birds. The gardens are lovely.
  • Beautiful place for a walk, nice hide to watch the birds by the pond. Good shop full of all things RSPB.
  • Allways a good day to visit this site. Some times very little is seen other days it's all happening. Good tracks and trails to follow through a variety of terrain. Great place to take interested children to investigate wildlife
