Trip Planner: Europe / UK / England / East Anglia / Norfolk / Sandringham / Sightseeing / Sandringham Estate
Sandringham Estate Caravan Club Site is located in the heart of the Royal Estate and has been redeveloped to a very high standard. The caravan park boasts more than enough facilities and activities to keep the whole family happy. These include lush walking trails, a land train ride, an adventure playground and a Visitors' Centre complete with tea room, gift shop and Royal Garden flower stall. Sandringham House is the most famous residence of the Royal Family - it is usually closed during the Queen's holiday (end of July and beginning of August) but during the remaining months between Easter and October, the House, Museum and grounds are fully open to visitors, as is the Country Park. Other nearby attractions include the moated country house and National Trust property, Oxborough Hall, located in Swaffham. For travelers who use our custom trip planner, Sandringham holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Sandringham Estate and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

Outside from the house and gardens themselves, the area is good for long walks in the woods and picnics. Kids will enjoy the extensive free adventure playground. Tea rooms and restaurant are good if slightly expensive.
Great day out with the family, the grounds are extensive and make for a nice walk. It's very nice to be able to visit the house and rooms where the Royal family actually live sometimes. Food options at the stables are not that great, but you can get some snacks and coffee.
Lovely place for a walk, with or without dogs. Can spend a whole day here with the family. Cafe, shop & regular food/craft fairs.
Easy to get to by public transport. Regular buses to and from kings lynn station. Nice place, nice food & the kids enjoyed themselves. A great day out.
We love visiting Sandringham on our date days and look forward to our lunch, with a varied tasty plate full of food. The Soup is delicious too!
