  • The Wessex gallery (the archaeology wing) alone is definetely a must see. It is deceptively small but full of information and very relevant, modern displays, among those the world famous Amesbury Archer. Talk to the curators, they are a trove full of information.
  • small fut factual museum with lots to do for children. my kids loved every second. visiting exhibitions are always a pleasure.
  • Fun day out
  • Great place to have on my (relatively speaking) doorstep.
  • Stunning venue... Recommended to anyone in the area
