  • Wow! Very disappointing. Only a pair of rooms with some 'craft's stalls and sellers. For a Christmas Fair, I was expecting such a lot more. Not just in that room, but maybe marquees, bunting, Santa, C...  more »
  • An absolute delightful place to visit - went for a wedding - food was delicious and the staff professional, helpful & friendly, can’t wait to visit again  more »

  • Here for a friend's wedding. It is a marvelous venue with options to marry inside or outside so you are independent of weather and continue with the reception and dinner at the same location. Great gardens. Great buildings. Great food. Really friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend.
  • Beautiful gardens both woodland and more formal lawned areas with lovely unique and quirky follies. Peaceful and unspoilt. Lovely place for young children as plenty of room to play. Very safe. Highly recommend.
  • Went for a visit, hadn't realised they weren't open! But we're told we were welcome to have a walk around. Such beautiful gardens! Will definitely be going back when they're open!
  • The gardens are great. We love it here, but don't use the tea rooms. Incompetence on a whole new level. Not that busy, but it took 20 minutes to get our drinks and over an hour for a tin of soup and two ham and cheese paninis. We even got asked if we had ordered food and to top it off no apology. If it was Weatherspoons I'd understand but this cost us £30! Come and enjoy the gardens but avoid the tea room at all costs. A couple that arrived and ordered food after we'd been waiting an hour were served in about five minutes.
  • Historical gardens and tea room. Lots of extravagance and wild animal's. This Victorian gardens have been kept up to date a d are well worth a visit.
