  • Very interesting visit. Rooms are filled with great articles, paintings and objects. However the highlight of the house has to be the staff who show great enthusiasm, knowledge and love for the house and Ted Heath. Their welcome to each of the rooms made a great impression. The garden is slightly less impressive but it has lovely views of the cathedral and the river, and reveals the house's ancient past. Our entrance ticket allows another visit free within the next year. Thoroughly recommend!
  • An interesting collection of art work and memorabilia in the beautiful setting of Salisbury’s Cathedral Close giving an insight into this former prime minister. Currently features a temporary exhibition on Britain's entry to the EU
  • Ted Heath's old home is worth a visit but check it will be open if you're planning a trip - it's now in charitable hands and opens very infrequently.
  • Fascinating find
  • Very informative rifles museum with plenty of history!
