  • My family and I (2 children under 5) have been coming to the Reindeer Lodge for the last 3 years and have always enjoyed it. It's a magical experience, in particular seeing the reindeer and Father Chr...  more »

  • Took the family over Christmas 2016 and we had a great time. Plenty to do and activities for the kids as well as hot drinks and places to sit and warm up by open fires. Santa was brilliant and the selection of presents was fantastic. My sons still playing with his toy now.
  • Total surprise Mothers day treat today a gift from my Daughter .Everything was amazing catered for my grandsons needs and kept me topped up with Earl Grey tea .To much to eat so given boxes to bring home .Well done Kellie and staff xx
  • My wife booked this as an exciting adventure for the children before christmas. What a let down this was for all! Based on the cost of the visit to what you actually get for it the only thing that was decent was the build your own snowman sweet and being up close to Reindeer's. The reindeer ride lasted about 2 mins around a track half the size of my backyard. The santa visit was ok standard really but the elf school! OMG my daughter being excited was playful messing around as we were first in the queue, she acciddently knocked the door a couple of times and the cheeky elf came out to tell my daughter of 5! that she "will tell santa to not give her any presents" WTJ! needless to say there was a complaint lodged and we will not be going back there again.
  • AVOID THIS ATTRACTION!!! The whole thing stinks of budget whilst creaming every last penny from you. Everything is extra and just not worth it, e.g. Small plastic cup of moss £1, sleigh ride £6.50 this was a 30 second jaunt up a concrete path NOT MAGICAL!. Ps every hand sanitizer was empty. £10 per photo. All in all a very expensive 2 hours!!!!. Also had the displeasure of encountering ill tempered shouty unfestive grinch (the reindeer man).
  • Second Christmas in a row that we've been... Absolutely love it
