  • A shopping mall with lots of clothing, accessories and department stores on offer. The layout is a bit funny as the floors with the shops are very long and slope downward allowing access to shops that are street level and there seems to be only one small sized lift that can be slow at times. There is also a very decent sized food court on the lower ground floor that offers a lot of diverse food and drink options and all the way on the top floor there is a day nursery for children. They have recently posted information about a future planned upgrade to the shopping centre which hopes to include a cinema. At the time of visiting, the owners were still awaiting planning permission from the Council. The pay and display car park is convenient if you also wish to go into the town centre.
  • It's nice here, clean and modern with a great choice of shops undercover. They sometimes have travelling exhibitions which are a good break from the shops. There are stands with food and drink, seating areas and a food hall in the bottom. Don't forget the small shops at the rear of the building which sometimes get forgotten, there are some good little places back there too.
  • The only one shopping center in town. It's nice where you can find almost everything. You can also eat and drink something. There is playing space for children.
  • Tunbridge Wells Council parking fees are higher than surrounding towns. Shopping mall is good but still many of popular businesses are missing.
  • Echoing the slow descent of the Tunbridge Wells shopping experience. The centre is stale, doesn't seem to have any bins. The centre's saving grace is Montagu's sandwiches. Very friendly service, good tea and coffee, good food, prepared to order.
