  • Lovely Tearooms. Family friendly. Accessible. Interesting tour around the house. Opportunities for walks of different lengths. Very well stocked garden centre.
  • The most beautiful place ever. Very nice location excellent walks and ideal for all the family any time of the year plus ➕ tea rooms near by and very close to local amenities
  • A lovely family day out trip with some very nice walks and a beautiful garden center aswell. There is a restaurant if you want something to eat and a park for the children to play in. Near the front of the building there is a train ride which children absolutely love.
  • Lovely House worth a visit upstairs and downstairs! Set in peaceful grounds
  • I'm not one for visiting old houses but the guides in each room were full of information and made the whole experience really interesting. If the house doesn't interest you then there's loads of other things to occupy you… nice grounds to go for an afternoon's wander, there's a million things to do with the kids and the cafe here's amazing
