  • Visited here on Saturday 10th June 2017. Had a good couple of hours where we visited The Play Barn, we didn't bother going to see the animals. Very polite staff, very welcoming. Nice little soft play area, all the usual apparatus you'd expect. Ball pool for the little ones and another area with crayons and pictures to colour in. Got some dinner in the canteen area, my daughter had sausage, mash and gravy and to be honest it looked very nice! A good couple of hours out!
  • Great value for a brilliant day out. We decided to go here last minute as it's reasonably local and we wanted a day out with the kids. They absolutely loved getting up close and personal with the animals. Feeding them and stroking them. Great little playground and shop for plants etc. Well worth it and we will be back many times.
  • Visited today with my almost 4 year old and a friend, best day out all 3 of us have ever had. Family run business with lovely staff who all clearly care about the animals, and the visitors!! We spent 3 hours there and could have easily stayed longer if they weren't closing! Lots to do and see, you can hand feed all of the animals, go on tractor rides etc. will be returning very soon! Couldn't recommend a better place !
  • I always really love visiting and its not expensive to get in. The staff are very friendly and it's one of the few places you can get up close to all the animals. Feeding the baby lambs is brilliant. There are lots of hand washing areas and my 3 year old granddaughter says "always remember to wash you bands' !! Outside there are different play areas for all ages and an undercover picnic area for if its raining. They have an excellent farm shop, café and an indoor play area for wet days at a small extra cost
  • This place was great value and the staff were friendly and helpful! Nice to wander through the barns and sheds and feed the animals... cows, pigs, sheep, goats, lamas, alpacas etc. The cafe did an amazing value giant yorkshire pudding with beef, mashed potato, peas and gravy for around a fiver!! Well worth a visit.
