  • Great, well kept venue. Kids loved it. Dog friendly.
  • Scotlands it round castle. It's been here a long time. Worth a look around. I remember as a kid been locked upon the dungeon here for a few minutes which being pitch black scared the life of of me! Lol. Great place to explore.
  • Proper moat filled with water. Well worth visiting. It's a ruin but an amazing ruin.
  • A good example of a conquered Scottish castle, with its own backdrop of local legends (The Bloody Steps, etc). The banquet room is good to see.
  • Interesting visit. Castle has some good information board's explaining the history of its existence from first building up to the present day.
