  • A pleasant place as garden centres go. The coffee shop and café offer the usual bites, such as jacket potatoes, quiche, scampi, steak pie, and, of course, chips. The cakes and buns on offer are excellent, but the coffee served might not be to everyone's taste. The café gets very noisy when busy, so not that relaxing an experience compared with the adjacent retail space. A separate courtyard offers visitors an alfresco experience, with outdoor seating for drinks and snacks. Pet supplies and exotic fish can be purchased from yet another retail space, and you can also purchase a conservatory! The historic gardens are worth a turn, offering a range of pleasing views within quite a small site. Visitors might want want to spend a day visiting Wentworth, as a short walk leads you to a pretty village and the impressive Wentworth Woodhouse. The pubs in the village serve meals and offer outdoor seating for warmer weather. The Bistro is also worthy of consideration if you want to share your patronage around. Wentworth has a fine church and hidden follies that are work seeking out if you have time during your visit.
  • Me and my partner visit here regularly. It's a beautiful place and the restaurant/cafe serves lovely food at good prices and very nice staff. Their breakfasts are the best!
  • I adore this place. The restaurant is really good, the cakes are amazing. I love the little independent shops around the square. There is a huge amount of stuff to look at around every corner and lots of little spaces to explore. Wonderful is all I can say
  • A great garden centre to visit but like all of them these days its mostly about things for the garden rather than gardening. Lots to do and see though and a good cafe.
  • Wentworth Garden Centre is a lovely place to visit, from the walk around the gardens to the animal park, there is something for everyone there is lovely restaurant on site which offers a wide range of cakes and coffee, as well as some tasty meals, they are not the cheapest place you can eat but the quality is there. Want to make a day of it there is a lovely village just down the road with traditional houses and a ruined church, which are well worth a look on their own.
