  • What a wonderful setting and so peaceful. The lady at the kiosk was very informative. Unspoilt buildings though car park a steep walk away
  • Beautiful setting down in a wooded valley. The Victorian's saved this Benedictine gem. The adjoining Manor House, though in quite a ruined state, is equally fascinating even though only the ground floor and basement are accessible.
  • Nice tucked away little place , car park about 10 mins walk away , beautifully restored chapel and a Manor house that appear to be in the stages of restoration .... would recommend this place
  • Yes the priory is beautiful but I was disappointed that you can't walk along or get to the river at any point. I wouldn't recommend bring a dog and I was glad we'd left ours behind.
  • Beautiful Abbey plus you get the chance to visit the abandoned mansion at the back
