  • Another great time had by all. The staff very efficient and polite. They catered for all the needs of the group.
  • Took 5 kids out for a couple of hours in the Fun Factory. Quite good indoor wall climbing and giant indoor climbing frame. Lots of tables and chairs for the family to sit and wait. A cafe and wifi all...  read more »
  • We have been several times recently, with a four year old and 10 month little one, and seven and eleven year old boys. Good attractions, the obvious favourites being the soft play and the football are...  read more »
  • Fun Factory hosted our son's 5th birthday party, and we were really impressed with both the party host ( Jack, who was a star) and the activities on offer. Apart from the obvious soft play, the kids could do rock climbing, ice skating, even bike riding. Kids had a great time, it's in a great location, and tons to do. Food is ok, perfectly fine for the venue and what you would expect. Would definitely recommend.
  • My son loves it here. Better the kids kingdom. The staff are friendly and professional. Most imoortantly your children are in a safe environment. I get the feeling that this place is going to cost me a fortune in birthdays in years to come.
  • Soft play centre is clean with lots to do. Food is basic. Coffee is acceptable. At times the music can be intrusively load. Also pick your times as it gets busy.
  • The little man loves the place, Food is normally ok but I have been cought out and no longer eat the chicken nuggets :-(
  • Very large with a wide variety of activities, (bumper cars, ice skating, climbing wall and sensory room on top of normal soft play areas), there is plenty to keep the children amused which is why the prices a little more expensive than other soft play centres I've been to. Was very disappointed with the coffee (way too weak) although nice they served jugs of squash which made drinks for the 3 kids easy. There's also plenty of seating space. We didn't try the food as others we saw being served didn't look overly appealing, and the happy meal at well known fast food restaurant a few minutes away was cheaper than the kids burger and chips here.
