  • Had a lovely visit today. The gardens are vast and so beautiful. So much to see in just one afternoon. Really enjoyed the teddy bear and dolls house exhibition also.  more »

  • On the pricey side, but a great day out for the family. Good that the Hall tour had a session for children.. Lovely tour guides. Bit of a shame that the gardens open at 11.. Feels a bit late when there is so much to do, esp if you factor in 1 hr for the tour. Great train ride (extra 2 pounds per person). And the little paddle boats are brilliant. There are fountains for the kids to play in, so bring a towel ;)
  • Lovely place great staff. Overpriced
  • Something for everyone. A firm family favourite
  • Great historic house with excellent gardens and large play area for kids. Ace for the whole family!
  • Huge gardens, railway, doll house museum, teddy bear exhibit and historic house. Use HHA membership for free entry. Large kids play areas with splash area and boating lake.
