  • Went for an introductory skiing and snowboarding lesson with my girlfriend and we both loved it. Fraser B (skiing) and Esme (snowboarding) were both awesome, very helpful and very friendly. They both seemed to enjoy it as well and definitely made the learning experience easier and more fun (even when repeatedly falling over whilst standing still...) Now planning to get more lessons and will probably try for when these guys are in. Thanks! =)
  • Yesterday a group of us (9 adults and 7 kids from age 3-7) went sledging for our sons 4th birthday. A lovely guy, Connor, took us out and kept an eye on us and was on hand for the full duration to answer any questions we had. He had his hands full with us as we're a right cheeky bunch who have been friends for a long time so there was lots of banter within the group and he wasn't phased by it at all. Everyone in the group had an amazing time and we were all smiling and laughing and carrying on for the full duration. To be honest I'm not sure if the kids or the parents had most fun. The general consensus from the group (who had all travelled from Dundee) was "we'll definitely be back". There was one negative though - the end of our session! We all wanted to stay just a bit longer.
  • It was a great morning out for a beginner lesson. Loved it, the instructors are very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed my first lesson and I'm planning to go back and get all the levels done! Would recommend.
  • They used to run offers on Sunday and Monday evenings 18:00 - 22:00. During this time you could get a lift pass for around £20 which is fair considering the conditions of the slope late in the day are poorer. Now the cost on a Sunday evening at 18:30 (very quiet time) set me back £34 for a 2 hour lift pass. Was very unimpressed at this and imagine most others are as well judging by how empty the place was compared my previous visits. Won't be visiting again until they resume some kind promotional offer for evenings or even a 1 hour pass as you get bored well within the 2 hour limit.
  • Not the best customer service from behind the counter. They would not tell you if the slope is busy or not, even when we explained that we are driving in from Edinburgh. The answer was: "well it's up to you if you decide to come or not". Thanks for that... Also the pricing is a bit cheeky, as they give you a 10% discount when booking online (which was - £2.60 from the full price), and then add a £2 online booking fee at the end.. How does that make any sense? Other than that - happy to have this place in Scotland ski conditions are very irregular during the season. If you are looking for a snowboard instructor, ask for Patsy, she's amazing!
