  • Lovely day out for the children. Animals look well looked after, the staff overseeing the rides were really friendly and helpful. The only thing that tarnished the day slightly was the lunch we had in...  more »
  • I agree with other reviewers that this park is good for young children. However, it is very small and for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) it cost just short of £50 for the ticket. Actually ther...  more »

  • My son really enjoyed it here. The digger park and robin hood park are particularly done to a good standard and you can never go wrong with farm animals and animals in general. My opinion is the park is designed for 1-6 year olds and i think older ones wouldnt enjoy as much. The rides are okay (my son loved the rollercoaster) but look quite dated. The main thing that let me down was all the coin operated machines (boats, cars, arcades, toy machines etc etc) are very very old and are in desperate need of renovating/replacing. I ended getting refunded £4 overall for stuff not working. The remote control boats and fire water game looked dirty with leaves at bottom of water. My opinion is they should just scrap the arcade all together as half the stuff didn't work. I also didnt think it was necessary to have so many teddy grab machines scattered all over the park. over all the park is good but could definitely do with some improvements...
  • Bit tired looking. Needs some money spent to make it look good again. Car park is up road from site. So have to walk along a road with no path to entrance. Not ideal with youngsters. On up side staff friendly and there is a little bit for most age groups, which may be their downfall as not really enough of any one thing. The petting / feeding area is basically goats with a few horses you can't feed
  • Overpriced, tired, misadvertised. If you are expecting a gravel path leading round a dated, poorly equipped park then you won't be disappointed. Food was awful, staff were sarcastic. Some of the coin operated 'attractions' didn't work properly (boats which were a pound a pop!). Even the staff looked like they didn't want to be there. It lowered the mood of our holiday to be honest. Raccoons were the highlight even though one of them looked overweight due to being hand fed by allcomers. Palms cafe is terrible and the ham for the sandwices was the poorest I've ever had and the baguettes were like rubber. Heard the catering staff telling others to get the returned food off of the counter so other customers didn't see it. One lady git a refund for her meal AND the second meal she ordered.
  • Great day out all the rides were included in the price, even the ice-cream was reasonably priced. Plenty of picnic benches to eat a picnic. Great day out!
  • Excellent place...Kids enjoyed their visit!! The only let down was the café. The guy that served me his nails looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. And alot of the staff were standing around doing nothing. We ordered a sausage and fried onion baguette and the onions were microwaved...which was not nice!! The cafe could do with a good clean to be honest. So it would have been 5☆ but this let it down.
