Although this is quite a small place, and initially does not seem very impressive, the flying display, animal handling session and very friendly and interesting staff made this a great experience. Considering the very low admission price, this was a brilliant way to spend a couple of hours.
Great place to look round and they do a lot of conservation. Centre is run mostly by volunteers. Worth a visit or a donation 😀
Great animals and show. The kids loved it. Cute little gift shop to. The staff are very friendly and their knowledge on the birds and animals here is great to.
You can probably spent a hour or more in the Owl centre, which has more than just owls. It also has a colony of Meer Kats. There are other things to do here including Kirkleatham Museum. It's worth checking the times so you get to see them flying the birds of Prey.
The bird show was brilliant and the animals are well looked after. Very reasonably priced
