  • We decided to hold a wake for my aunt at marks as this was her favourite place to go after going out shopping. She had just turned 90 before passing away. The staff were very accommodating and were very helpful in helping me organise some light refreshments for 30 people. They had reserved an area of the coffee shop of which I chose and laid out the food in a beautiful fashion. It looked lovely and actually resembled a high tea. I wasn't expecting the staff to go to so much trouble! We also had a lot of food left and the staff kindly packed the items for me so I could give them to people to take home. Truly beautifully done and the staff were magnificent. I do urge anyone to go and stop over for a high tea after a shop at Kew retail!
  • Large store with plenty of level parking. The store is all on one level, so provides good access for wheel chair users, prams and buggies. Three quarters of the store is for clothing, with the food hall at the far end. It also has a currency exchange, cafe, customer toilets and cash point.
  • I got a £75 "fine" for overstaying the 4 hour limit in the carpark. the Car park is run by cowboys. Don't spend too long there. dont eat at the restaurant. Do what you have to a go.
  • High quality food , medium price. Worth a visit
  • Easy to park, and a big selection of clothing and food. Decent cafe also.
