  • If you like the sea and a good walk then put them together and walk around the harbour arm. Its flat tarmac road so no problems if you are disabled and the views both out to sea and back towards Ramsgate itself makes it a really pleasant walk. Popular with fishermen as well. There is a cafe at the end of the arm if you need a tea before making your way back.
  • A useful harbour when making passage. The tidal harbour is subject swell in easterly winds. The locked harbour is very sheltered. Helpful staff.
  • It's a beautiful place ruined by the unnecessary export of live animals.
  • Open daily, good company and fabulous views over the harbour.
  • Just lovely to walk around.
