  • Kids loved it..their will always be adults that moan (in my opinion) but the kids loved it
  • Went with my 2 year old today (1st May 2016). Firstly very impressed that only the children are charged for, not adults, so visit for 2 adults and child was under 5 pounds. Seemingly no time limit. Excellent play area for under 5s. Adults were permitted on the equipment so that is reassuring that you can closely supervise your wee one if you want. Can't comment on older play area as didn't use it. Staff were helpful and friendly and visible although perhaps could have been a little more assertive when bigger children were playing a bit roughly near the wee ones. (We used the 2-5 zone and there's a big difference between a 2 year old and a fuve year old - Although of course it's the parents' job really.) Whole place felt safe and nice and friendly even though it was a bank holiday and busy. We will definitely be back as the whole experience was excellent.
  • Two stars. Reasons from the minute we walked in there was a group of kids running around like a pack of wolfs strangling, kicking and punching other children. I gave two stars as I approached a staff member to express my concern and they delt with the problem promptly by confronting the irresponsible parents ! The staff were very friendly and delivered good service. Just a shame about the other kids. Think the staff should maybe have more members patrolling the play area to ensure trouble making children are ejected.
  • One of the better places for kids. Not to expensive but the cafe is typically a bit overpriced.
  • Took the kids along at the end of December 2012 they absolutely loved it. Great service, good food and above all else it is well managed. Was sad to hear that it closed for a few months for refurbishment, but took the kids back last week and its even better than before. We will certainly be going back.
