  • Firstly this is not a real campsite, the owner doesn't advertise that it's a campsite because he doesn't follow any regulations and probably doesn't pay the correct business rates etc. He advertises a...  more »
  • We booked for two nights. Farmer very welcoming, but on the whole the place was a bit tatty. Very, very basic shower block with one shower and two toilets - one of the toilets being in with the shower...  more »
  • Lovely child friendly campsite. Little play area and nice and safe. Children can feed the animals. There is a little basic shop with fresh eggs and you can hire a fire pit for evening camp fires. Real...  more »

  • I love going here to buy popcorn to feed the range of farm animals on the site. They have a tiny horse, pigs, goats, lamas, chickens, ducks, rabbits and more. Watch out for the big goat, he's greedy and has a lot of personality. Wide variety of chicken breeds. Great little pit stop and hour out. Recommended for animal lovers.
  • Brilliant time very friendly site lovely animals couple who had pigeons we're very helpful and welcoming even letting our children hold baby pigeons would certainly return again
  • Brilliant weekends camping here - will be back soon. Basic camping - nice flat field for tents, loo's with hot and cold water to wash in, and shower available in main building through the day. Nice and relaxed, very friendly owners and an assortment of (remarkably unstressed) animals that the kids loved feeding and petting. Much nicer than the big commercial sites where you are packed in like sardines.
  • the camp entrance is very narrow to gain access to the fields behind the bungalow is slightly difficult . there are only two toilets on site one disabled and one normal toilet we had difficulty getting on the field after only one day of rain it made the ground very wet and slippery subsequently we could not camp on the site for the electric hook up and had to spend the three nights on the carpark at the rear of the bungalow
