  • Fab museum with not just a wealth of local displays and knowledge but super friendly and informed staff who can't do enough for you. Special thanks goes to Caroline the Textiles curator who is more than prepared to sort out pre-arranged examinations of their extensive Horrockses dresses, artefacts and the like to both Fashion historians, researchers and vintage fashion fans alike
  • Frankly Preston has no right to a building as grand as the Harris. Smack in the middle of the city centre it's a great library and gallery that's always worth a visit. Great for photographs too, overlooking the city's flagmarket and war memorial.
  • Nice collection, great, interesting well-done section on local history (including PNEFC) and also temporary exhibitions. Quite welcoming staff & building.
  • Haven from the world. Beautiful. An old friend.
  • Quiet but historic. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
