  • I used to come to Giddy Kids a lot as it was always one of the nicer, cleaner play centres. Was disappointed today. It was absolutely freezing (all the parents were sat with their winter coats on) and it didn't warm up by lunch. There were used plates and cutlery lying about on all the tables- I had to ask for the table to be cleaned. The staff used to come round regularly to tidy up and sweep over the food on the floor. It was dusty in areas and the bathrooms are looking tired. Unfortunately this will now be my last trip to Giddy Kids.
  • Good set up with a good play area and plenty of tables where you can see the children from. Service really really slow and food average at best. Needs a bit of TLC.
  • It is Sunday and it says on the website the play area would be open until 6pm. We drove for 25 minutes and once there we were being told the play area would close at 5 because it is very quiet(we arrived at 4:15 and we would have had to pay full price for 45 minutes). The staff told us we could go in but the kitchen was closed and they were cleaning and closing too. My 5 year old was very upset and we certainly won't be returning. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
  • Was originally a clean and welcoming kids centre when it opened. However it's starting to look and feel tired, in much need of refurbishment. It remains a less wild play centre than others in Preston that are just too busy. So don't expect too much and its worth visiting if you don't want a headache after going to a play centre.
  • Great play area, a bit out of the way but serves food
