  • Absolutely loved this place! The bus you can get from across the station at Lime street, price includes the entrance fee. So close to the animals, and great for taking photos! Afterwards you get off the bus and explore the other areas of the park. Has a fantastic assault course on wires, 3 different levels so kids can try it...not me too scared! Lots of places to eat, both with and without shade, handy in the warm/hot weather. Great place to take babies and very young children. Would definitely go back again.
  • What a great day out. I remember going over 40 years ago and now in taking my little boy. Look out for offers March/October they very often do a fix car rate instead of the usual per person price. Monkey safe route if you don't want to get your car eaten.
  • Ideal day out for children under 8 We were two adults & two children (aged 3 and 6) We went on Tuesday 13/09/2016 when they had the £10 a car offer on which was brilliant. The weather was boiling to start off then it rained for around 1 1/2 hours but brightened up again later on so overall, it went very well. We started off with the safari drive. They don't have THAT many animals. Just a handful really. The main attraction for me are the baboons who always put on a good show (We chose to go through the car friendly route - recommended if your car is your pride & joy) Plenty lions on show lazing around in the hot afternoon sun. We had a close up view of the giraffe which was nice. We then went to the rides. We bought £10 unlimited ride wristbands for both children which worked out just right because it's one adult for free per child on all rides (besides the equilateral express) My 3 year old was able to go on most rides as long as an adult sat too which was fabulous. We really got our money's worth with the wristbands. We then went to the sea lion show (free) which was really good. The sea lions do some really cute tricks. After that we had lunch and then finished off the day with rides again until closing time. All facilities available such as baby changing, toilets etc. No cash machine anywhere on site (though the restaurant does cashback) which is surprising considering rides need to be paid for with cash. The information booth is hidden behind loads of trees so not easy to spot but that's where you buy the tickets and wristbands Overall a really nice day very much enjoyed by children and adults alike. We spent 4.5 hours there in total and that was just right for us.
  • Came here for the £10 per car deal in September, it's great value for money, was really quiet which meant we could see all the animals well and not have to rush. I love how close you can get to the animals, especially the giraffes. Was a shame as the day we went the lions were in the enclosure so couldn't get as close to them this time. Great family day.
  • My suggestion is don't drive your car inside. Rather park it after you reach and get their baboon bus for Safari. It helps you to save your car from damages and you will know a lot from the driver cum guide of the bus, which you will definitely miss when you drive your car through.
