  • Went for a 5 day free pass and booked the gym induction for 18.30pm. At 19.20 i was still waiting. The receptionist kept insisting it would only be a few minutes but was 45. To finally be taken for th...  more »

  • Mixed bag here. There seems to be a strong lack of management skills at this place. Several times over two days we asked when the slides were on. No one could give a definite time structure. Although I did connect well with one member of staff who was extremely nice and understanding when we arrived in the pool with my autistic son. She managed to organise the slides for 40 mins to accommodate him. Needs better management but the place in general is excellent.
  • Lovely in the summer, the esplanade offers a view that changes as you walk. From the stunning Island, to the wartime interests just over the bay. And always a great view of the tower.
  • This review is regarding a interview I attended earlier on today - 23rd June. I was very confident about my interview today until I was awkwardly approached by a assumed trainee interviewer/manager. By awkward I mean, all I got was a "hi" and then walked off expecting me to follow. So I did... I was welcomed in a office where another woman out of no where approached me in a very odd and awkwardly manner, again!! At this time, I felt very uneasy and uncertain about my interview. I was asked the usual questions which I responded in a correct way. May or may not have been right but I was not corrected. They wrote what I said down, but neither of them spoke anymore than what was on the piece of paper. The youngest lady was slouching which I believe was very unprofessional. Then I was dismissed. May I add, they lost my email and my mobile number!!! They both came across very abruped and all I could think was if the managers are this way, what are the staff like!! I was very appalled and would not be attending pyramids again. Even as a customer. Please take my word when I say avoid applying for a vacancy with them! They need to learn some skills and professionalism if they want to be good interviewers!! I wish I can give less than 1 star. But unfortuantley I can't.
  • Great venue for up close and personal gigs. Good variety and I like the opportunity to see local artists there too.
  • Has the potential to have great features but on my last 3 visits the 'snake' water flume has not been open - despite the last visit being a bank holiday weekend as well. The toddler pool also always has lots grit at the bottom of it.
