  • Went swimming here for the 1st time with my family. 2 adults and 1yr old and 2yr old on a Monday about 10am. We all enjoyed ourselves. The pools were great for the kids and they loved the waves and li...  more »
  • OK, I get the irony of me being here, but this is the only fun pool in a distance for the kids. This definitely either needs to change ownership or get some competition. Saying that, I am truly amazed...  more »
  • Saw Feeder here and it was my first visit to this venue. Even though it was a sellout the standing only gig was not cramped so a reasonable amount of space to enjoy the music. Really good acoustics in...  more »

  • Run down and poorly maintained/managed. In the Spa, much of the equipment regularly stops working (salt room, foot basins, tropical shower, lights etc...) and is not fixed for months. The staff is helpful, but there is a high turnaround... The building has been affected by floods, change of ownership/management - for a while, I kept hoping it would get better. I gave up.
  • Overpriced and the staff all seem depressed! Changing rooms are vile and unkept! Like I said OVERPRICED for what you pay
  • Expensive, lacklustre service from the girl on the front desk, she should have stayed at home if it's so difficult to be pleasant. One slide not working, uninspiring changing rooms, expensive parking with no concession on this even though £25+ for a boring hour
  • Bit expensive but great place, has a good variety of pools to switch between and the food area by the pool is amazing. Only downsides are queues and the waves are only once every 30 minutes.
  • While I was working away in Portsmouth for only a couple of days, this was the only shower resort near me. My friends and I arrive here at twenty to nine and ask the two men at the table to use their showers. However, they reply with 'sorry the showers close at nine o clock'. Rather than correcting them on the time we decided to save the hassle, even though we full on know that we could be done washing and would be dry before the ninth hour strikes on the clock. Sorry, but that is poor time management.
