  • Good place to know the history of Portsmouth. It's quite small and not very crowded and yet it has some interesting things to offer.
  • Lovley to look back on the past with there exibits. Kids loved it too.
  • Friendly staff, free and lovely to see so many Edward King paintings.
  • The permanent exhibitions are a fascinating insight into the history of the Portsmouth area, and the temporary ones are always well done - friendly staff too, and it's free!
