  • At the corner of the streets of the old Portsmouth, the Cathedral is impressive! The architecture is really beautiful, there are many buildings surrounded by greenery. The outside is very picturesque!

  • Peaceful place - mix of modern and traditional. We visited during their annual art exhibition, one of the many community events held there.
  • A really nice historic building to check out. The people working there were very kind to my grandparents who don't really speak any English, and tried helping them still.
  • A few years ago, my wife, sister and brother in-law visited the Cathedral. It was a bit uncomfortable, at first, to walk upon the headstones of the long ago deceased upon entering. But, to find that the long history and narrow escape from destruction during WW2 made this magnificent Cathedral very dear to us. It took a few pints at the Sally Port Inn across the way to come to grips with the experience.
  • Great place for Christmas carols! Amazing sound through the high ceilings
  • It's a wonderful historic building to visit, and in a great area of Southsea.
