  • Loved everything about it. Really shows how easy we have it now a days. Nice introduction video with some of the living survivors. Poignant loved it. We should never forget.
  • Very interesting museum. A must if you are visiting Portsmouth. Interactive, and a lot to see. Employees are very friendly. A definite must if you are into history.
  • Those who are interested in the 2nd World War, can learn here about the landing in Normandy. Of course, the heroism is represented somewhat pathetic; It's part of but probably on the winning side.

  • Excellent museum, I really enjoyed the aspects of daily life in Portsmouth that were included. My group was able to meet and talk to a British WWII and D-Day veteran while there. The tapestry is absolutely amazing!
  • Excellently arranged, from outside you can't even guess how much history they managed to fit inside! It was the first time I have ever seen a barv too! 😊
  • Love this place there's a lot to do very reasonable to get in and has a cafe what more do you want😄😄
  • Really great exhibits, a fantastic value attraction in a very nice location. Makes a very interesting part of a day out.
  • Decent enough museum although it gives a pretty one-sided view of the D-Day landings.
