  • This pier and surrounding area contains an arcade and other traditional seaside entertainments. It's a bit run down but that is part of its appeal.
  • We only went to the amusements for a bit of fun but only stayed 20 minutes.I haven't been here years but forgot how noisy it is. All the machines and flashing lights made me realise I'm too old for it...  more »
  • Clarence pier and amusement park is a shadow of what it used to be. Not many rides and attractions, and there is an order of fast food outlets.

  • Good arcade, fun but slightly scary funfair. Amazing ice cream shops and they still have a Wimpy!!
  • Slowly going downhill. Expensive. There are better places to go.
  • Crazy golf is fun as are the rides, arcades (generally) aren't what they used to be but that is more a generation thing than a complaint! Kids love it which is the main thing!
  • 1970's Britain at its finest. It is what it is, if it's what you want from an old school British seaside amusements. Don't be fooled by the word pier...there is no pier.
  • Some says, this is the place Mr. Bean shooting for his 'Mind the baby' episode. it is very nice place to spend with your family especially in summer. let the kids have some fun
