Instructor was great, took two novices that hadn't held a gun before and got us both hitting clays. A choice of guns big and small to suit everyone. 5mins from portree, and will return to try the axe throwing one day

We met Matt at the Clan Donald visitor information and headed off for some clay pigeon shooting, my wife was a little apprehensive as she had never fired a gun before but she had a great time as did I. Matt was fantastic with great instruction and encouragement throughout and is a great guy to talk to. We had limited time or we would have been doing some of the other activities like axe throwing or archery. This was one of the most fun activities from our 5 week European vacation and I highly recommend anyone who is staying near the Isle of Skye or even passing through consider spending some time at Armadale Activities. I'm looking forward to our next trip to the Isle of Skye! Visited September 2014 (This review was for the old location at Armadale)

I tried axe throwing with my girlfriend while i was on Skye mainly to get some tips. The guys are great fun and really friendly my only issues are that the it was quite expensive £40 for two people for 45 minutes and that the axe heads kept falling off but they did have nice array of other throwing weapons.
