  • Best alpaca experience ever! We are so happy the meet and greet was sold out the day we were looking at and ended up booking a private tour! Shelley was an excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable about all the animals. Billy and Little Bill were full of character and gave us plenty of laughs along the way. Highly recommend to visit during your stay at the Lakes District! It made our honeymoon that much more special ❤️
  • This was a new venue for us to try in Keswick. Building looks very smart inside & out but although food was good waiting for Tea & Coffee was a longer wait so much so that we had finished our food before drinks arrived. On questioning this at appropriate point was told it's on the list..no sorry for your wait. Very disappointing perhaps better staff training.
  • Absolutely brilliant! Myself and my boyfriend had such a great time. We booked a mixed group walk on a Saturday morning. Our guide (didn't catch her name unfortunately) was lovely, chatty and had lots of interesting alpaca facts. The grounds were beautiful and the alpacas were great - so many different characters. Was great value considering we got an alpaca each, walked down to the river (via private paths) let them graze, had lots of pictures and fed them treats in their field. Would 100% recommend it to any animal lover. Lovely walled garden/grounds and cafe to visit before/after the tour too.
  • Absolutely amazing here! You can tell the alpacas are really well looked after. Definitely a brilliant day for everyone.
  • A fantastic experience. The tour guide was extremely knowledge and friendly. The scenery is stunning and it's an experience I'll not forget in a hurry. You can tell the llamas are well cared for and they have an array of amazing names!!!
