  • This is one of those good old fashioned amusement parks and a busy place in the summer. The park doesn't open this time of the year until 2pm so we missed it this time but having been before I would s...  more »
  • Good range of rides for all. I would avoid arriving early unless you have a pocketful of change as we got turned away until later on until they had change. Toilets are fairly clean but be prepared to ...  more »
  • Nothing to see... not very well maintained and not much to do. It can be a very nice walk down the beach if it is sunny.  more »

  • On hot, sunny days the park is heaving with hundreds of people. Every stall is open, all the food stalls are serving lovely, high quality food and everyone is having fun. Unfortunately, on weekdays and glum days, the park becomes quite sad and boring as only one or two stalls are open, the park isn't kept presentable, only one or two rides are open and there is very little going on. I know you cannot help the park being mostly closed on account of the park having a quiet day, but the staff can at least act a little less rude towards people and they could at least keep the park looking presentable.
  • An acquired taste. My son would rather be here with an ice cream bobbing for ducks in the fair than anywhere else on the planet. I would rather be one beach in either direction but it is a lovely beach if a bit busy.
  • Spent a few summers down here as a child and always enjoyed the fair, rides are between £1 - £3.50 per person. Make sure you have change as not many ride operators will have change for £10/£20 notes. Plenty or rides for young children as well as teens and we enjoyed every minute, a great family day out.
  • A lovely beach with some donkey rides for the kids . The funfair is a bit dated but brings back childhood memories. Also some arcades for when the weather is not too good. Plenty of food options and ice cream.
  • Beautiful beach. Soft sand, lots going on, toilets, coffee, beer and beautiful icecream.... it is windy and i imagine in season its very busy but today was absolutely spectacular! Lovely clean beach
