  • What a great find. We dropped in while driving from Manchester to Hull. It's so much nicer than paying a fortune at one of the service stations and only 5-10 mins from the M62. The food was lovely - my wife said the burger was one of the best she'd tasted. They were also very accommodating of her gluten intolerance. Nice little farm for my daughter to wander around and for us to walk off our lunch. We will be visiting again!
  • The kids loved it here playing on the bouncy slide, bouncy pillow and a couple of rides, which were reasonably priced at £2 an activity. We then had a walk around and looked at the animals, which you can do for free. There's also lamb bottle feeding at the moment. We ate in the Moo Cafe which again was reasonably priced and the food was fantastic, I will be going back just to eat! Staff were friendly & helpful. The food available to buy in the shop was top class and not over priced but priced accordingly for the high quality. A really nice selection of wines & ales too. I would like to go back & try The Beast restaurant there one evening when I can get a babysitter, I bet it's amazing.
  • I normally love this place but have now has two disappointing visits. On last occasion I chose creamy mushrooms on toast. Sadly there was more res onion than there was mushrooms. I'm not a fan of onion and unfit had been mentioned on menu I would not have chosen the mushrooms.
  • Absolutely beautiful. Have been a few times now. Not disappointed. Same quality every time. Staff very well mannered Will continue to come for Sunday lunch. Well done Janet and Rob, not forgetting Ken in providing a solid foundation for success.
  • CAlled in for the 1st time when the Tractor Run 2017 was in town. Despite being busy (very busy) the food quality was great and wait time was fine in the restaurant. Staff were all very pleasant and everything was really well organised. Farm Shop was also a delight, not sure we needed to buy another bottle of Gin but hey ho. Again staff were lovely
