  • We go here once a month with a group of greyhound owners, and, by and large, it's wonderful. Not so great in the pouring rain, however, and, sometimes, cyclists get a little too bolshy in their "owner...  more »

  • What can you say. One of the beautiful place in PLYMOUTH with great gardens and grounds. We have National trust membership so we used it as our extended garden. Such a nice atmosphere and lovely place. Never ever felt bored or tired. Fully natural and most pure oxygen you can get here. Good cycling tracks, lots of dog walkers with few annoying dogs. Great pond and restaurant service. Great walk and great great bird watching estuary. Most beautiful summer Time riots of colours. Oh boy since we left PLYMOUTH we die to go back to this place. Utterly Heavenly place. I wish such heaven were around London.
  • Love saltrum good for dogs, views children. Wonderful new developments, making it exciting to see all year round. Special place close to my heart, 40 years of joy.
  • Popular all year round with families, dog walkers, cyclists, joggers, Geocachers and Munzers. Popular picnic destination. Great events over Christmas. Free parking if you are a National Trust member.
  • Fantastic local attraction, great walks, cafe, loads of NT activities for families. Highly recommended
  • I've going here since I was very young and ideal people of all ages including dogs. Good for a gentle walk and also young kids on their bikes. If you like history you can go into the grounds of Saltrum house which is very well maintained with tea rooms etc. But no dogs.
