Where to stay in Plymouth

Lodging in Plymouth range from stylish brand names and cozy B&Bs, to affordable self-catering apartments and private inns. To be near the city's main attractions, stay near the waterfront. Farther inland, you can explore a world of less expensive but just as comfortable boutique hotels and hostels, all within walking distance of the city's finest shops, restaurants, and bars. For an even less expensive alternative, consider staying in the quiet suburbs. Though a bit far from the city center, suburban hotels offer top-quality rooms at a fraction of the cost of the big hotel chains.

  • Very wet and windy. For a new course it was in very good condition. Good lay out. Greens were good but we honestly had some of the worst weather I have ever played golf in. I am sure there would have been some great views but the weather just did not show them.
  • This is a huge golf course with amazing views of the city and beyond to the Plymouth Sound. In the main building of the golf course, there are lovely Sunday roasts. There is good access to the restaurant via the lift, and steps can also be used. There is a disabled toilet on the entrance floor, as well as in the restaurant, but the one on the bottom floor is slightly larger. Overall, this place is fantastic and is easily accessed from the main road of Plympton, connecting the golf course to the A38 and the rest of the city.
  • This is an amazing golf club, with lovely Sunday roasts every week, which are the best standard and taste amazing! The staff are so polite, with amazing service, and there is a wheelchair lift into the main restaurant. There is a disabled toilet downstairs, with all the other toilets. There is a shop and bar in the main entrance area, where people can also get all their golf clubs! The restaurant also has the best views of Plymouth, which is why it is a good idea to come when it's the summer and the views are more beautiful! Overall, this restaurant is great, with a free car park and loads of grass space to play a good game of golf! ⛳️
  • Fantastic 'Ladies Night' every year. Good food that can not be faulted. Have your DO here, lovely place.
  • Great friendly atmosphere..staff very helpfull. Good golf!
