  • The staff were friendly and the parachute centre is located in a good area, however the operations manager, Paul Dorward, did a poor job in scheduling my son’s skydive experience. On our first arrival, August 3rd, to the centre we were told we cannot do the skydive due to windy weather conditions which was understandable. Therefore he rescheduled us to have the tandem skydive on August 16th (Tuesday). However when we arrived on this day there was nobody to be seen as the centre was closed. Although Paul offered us the full refund, I had wasted £180 worth of petrol driving from London to Peterborough twice and my son did not do his skydive in the end, which he had always wanted to do. I would not recommend this place to anyone simply because their service was appalling. In fact, on our first arrival I had to specifically request for a receipt, since their till apparently didn’t print receipts.
  • I booked the full package for my friend and I on my birthday, with full video and stills however the skydive center had to cancel on two occasions due to faults with the aircraft and now will not refund the money for the photos that never took place. I have to give one star however since the jumps never took place they don't deserve even that.
  • The staff were welcoming and friendly but the chief instructor (Chris McCann) was the opposite. My friend and I who are level 8 AFF students called in the morning to ask if we can do our consol jumps and were told to come in over the phone. After several hours of refresh training on a great day for skydiving and overcoming every obstacle the chief instructor put in front of us, we were told to go elsewhere unless we were willing to repeat ground school training as well as level 3, 5 and 7 which would cost us around £500 each. This is despite the approval of multiple AFF instructors from 2 drop zones. We called the drop zone at Langar and were told we could continue our AFF consols after an initial assessment and refresh training. The next day we continued our AFF jumps at Langar without any trouble. I would not recommend this place for AFF students, the chief instructor seemed more interested in getting money out of us than anything else, which is a shame as everyone else there were great.
  • Excellent service very frendley and professional I would not hesitate to tell all my friends to come along and try it .
  • This is a great parachute center Great aircraft great people
