  • Took our 3 children (2,8 and 9) for the first time yesterday and had a brilliant day. The miniature railway as we first got there was brilliant. Then over the bridge it was fantastic. Couldn't believe somewhere so pretty was in the middle of the centre of peterborough, completely started from scratch by clearly passionate and dedicated volunteers. Beautiful to walk round. The miniature train cabin was very good and the kids did some colouring. The train observation deck and being waved at by the train drivers was a highlight for my 9yo train enthusiast. Brian the lead volunteer was kind enough to talk us through how parts were built, where the bridges came from and how it was all started which was fascinating. For only £10 the kids had a wonderful time and we will definitely be visiting again.
  • Fantastic experience .... Not been since I was a kid, so it was great to see how it's changed. The wildlife section was amazing, the volunteers have done a great job and deserve the utmost respect. I will definitely be coming back and it's definitely worth the money. Thanks again for a great experience 👍
  • Wow. I expected little and received a lot. A delightful haven of nature in the midst of an ever busying city. The staff were fantastic, all volunteers, and the model trains kept my sons amused for ages. We can't wait to go back again.
  • I have taken my two boys here numerous times and they have loved it each time, especially the outdoor model trains! The volunteers have put a huge amount of effort and dedication in to making this a great place to visit, whether that is for the trains or the wildlife heaven. Thank you, we will be back soon!
  • The model railways are good. The film shows are good if you like trains. The rest is OK
