  • We have been visiting the main Cornish Gardens for many years, but, by chance found the leaflet for this Garden in the "Great Cornish Gardens" display. How we have missed it before, I don't know, BUT,...  read more »
  • The sculpture was interesting, some more to my taste than others. The gardens themselves are lovely, I especially liked the leafy green lower areas by the streams, and the views from the top out towards St Michael's Mount were pretty good. Great cafe/restaurant too, I had tea and cake but I liked the sound of their savory and evening meals too. To focus the camera obscura grab the viewing surface and pull it up or push it down!
  • Had a walk round the sculpture gardens in the rain so got a little wet. We still had a good time and, considering how good they looked now, the gardens must be amazing in the summer. There's a little Nursery by the entrance which has some lovely plants, especially if you like succulents (their roof is covered in them!) The cafe served great food too. If you're going on a Sunday and want to eat I'd advise booking.
  • I'm Helen's father. We had a lovely visit last Saturday (30 Apr) . Beautiful views, great lunch at the restaurant and friendly staff. It was a pity the camera obscura was out of focus with no obvious way of correcting the problem.
  • best food in penzance, eat often. both staff and food are perfect
  • After a Tranquil walk from Penzance via Gulval, through the corn fields, we arrived at Tremenhere and spent a beautiful day exploring every inch of these breath taking gardens. A wonderful adventure.
