  • A beautiful castle with a beautiful garden and a landscape Park; You can then understand the development of the castle the castle with a huge living area from the early days, in the course of the Guide (without a guide, but using a good description in German). The garden in the form of garden rooms on various topics every season offers something and that is not enough, which may wander in the surrounding landscape park. In the rear part of the Castle, you don't miss the cute toy museum esollte. At the Castle a very good restaurant with variety buffet of fresh ingredients. A further dining options at the entrance, there is also a great Kinderspielplattz and the inevitable, but well-stocked shop.

  • Penshurst Place and Gardens were an excellent way to spend a fall afternoon in England. The buildings were beautiful, the history was great, but the gardens were my favorite.
  • Had a lovely day out here. Great play area for kids, beautiful house & gardens. Plus the maize maze was fun. Staff all very nice & helpful. We will definitely been coming back :)
  • Beautiful peonies in June. Wonderful herbaceous borders. Lavender and roses not yet in full bloom, but still a great day. Didn't visit the house.
  • Great day out. The formal gardens are very nice, and make a great place to wander around. The house itself is also interesting, lots of history.
  • Fabulous day out particularly enjoyed the historic dimension. It is one thing to see historic artefacts but quite another to see them in context. I hope this doesn't seem superficial but I enjoyed it even more when I recognised the rooms used to film bits of Wolf Hall. Gardens were lovely so was the food in the garden restaurant. The village is also lovely. Highly recommend.
  • Beautiful gardens and a very informative tour of the castle.
