Krazy Kidz Reviews
Upon arrival we were greeted by a very SLOW waitress who obviously had no experience in customer service, she came across as very rude. We ordered food and surprise surprise the waitress messed up the... more »
I visited Krazy Kids with my 2 year old daughter on Monday 26th of Feb and we had a great time - the soft play area is quite large and there are lots of different bits to explore. We had the place to ... more »
Went up there in the morning and I was welcomed by very friendly staff. At the reception kids have to leave shoes, which is great if considering to keep soft play area clean and tidy, but not necessar... more »
This sort play has been a life saver on very wet and cold days. It is of reasonable size and not too expensive compared with others. You will get a nice cup of coffee but the food is not that great. It is too dark and cold if you are sitting and there is no dedicated area for babies. Despite the drawbacks we go there often and always have a great time. Even had our son's 3rd birthday party there. If you are not familiar with the area it is a bit tricky to get to, as it is located under a bridge, so you need to keep an eye for the sign. There is free parking but beware of the massive potholes leading to the car park.
Always have a great time at krazy kidz, staff are always helpful and attentive, even seen the ladies help push a guy out that was stuck in the snow today. Foods good. Happy kids = happy parents 👍
I have taken my kids there many times and the service has been fine on this occasion i dropped her off for a party when her mother collected her she was informed that i was rude to staff when nothing could have been further from the truth to publicly bad mouth me in front of other parents without a right to reply is a disgrace i certainly wouldnt reccomend anyone to take there kids there again the staff ls attitude is diabolical
Best play area the kids have been to. Separate area for under 3s - very good too. Cafe and lots of tables for adults who can easily keep an eye on the kids. You can buy jugs of squash cheaply which saves a fortune if you bring a few kids. It's two hours of non stop running around for the kids - great for wearing them out! Highly recommend.
My grandson lives this place he's five now so there's alway someone to play with him great staff very helpful
