  • We had a week of touring and we wanted to let the legs rest. From Edinburgh by bus, it's 45 minutes, plus 45 minutes of walking to reach the distillery. Very welcomed by a team that explains the different formulas, we were serious during all our days of market, today it's tasting: visit + 5 whiskey to taste: £ 12, seen offered at the tasting whisky (Lagavulin double maturation, and of many whisky sold only in the UK), we can say that it is very very correct level rates. John was our guide, and made the visit enjoyable and interesting, answering every question and stopping regularly to allow us to translate to less Anglophile buddies. A tasting or John has convinced us to whisky rather than turn goshawks close products of our knowledge and our identified tastes amazing. A lovely time!

  • Closest Distillery to Edinburgh. One of the most informative and well explained tours you will find. Janette had a great knowledge of the process and the history of whisky making in Scotland. Highly recommend taking the Tour of Scotland for $12 Euros.
  • Brilliant tour! The guide was very friendly and informative. Learned loads and got a bit tipsy at the whisky tasting;) shuttle bus from Edinburgh was really convenient..
  • Liz was a lovely tour guide, explained the process well, the distillary was very educational and the tasting in the end could really be appreciated. Definitely recommend for first distillary tour.
  • Good tour, standard for Scottish distilleries. A bonus is getting the Diageo "passport" included in your ticket price if you choose - offering free tours in other distilleries.
  • Really good tour, it's a proper working modern distillery. We paid a bit more to try 4 different whiskies at the end. I loved the smells as you walk around. The shuttle bus made it very easy to get there from Princes Street.
