The grandchildren took me here for my birthday, we had a lovely time strolling through the different areas. The children particularly liked the cuckoo clock and spiral mound, I liked the bottle igloo, The staff were friendly and the food here was fresh, the tea room was clean and tidy. Lovely to see it so busy.
Great place to stop and enjoy the beautiful gardens. Level ground make access for all possible, toilets and a excellent tea room also. Small nursery selling a selection of plants adds to the whole experience. Food in tea room very good, with gluten free options available, including scones. Gluten free bread available as a no cost option.
Spent a pleasant couple of hours here. It is amazing what has been achieved in what is really his be it large back garden. There is a small cafe serving very tasty lunches and a garden centre to buy the plants you can see growing in the garden. The 3 follies are all very different and interesting.
Gorgeous gardens! We had a lovely walk around and we were even allowed to bring the dogs! The Bottle Grotto was unbelievably beautiful and the cafe was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly, the food arrived quickly and it was delicious. We had homemade chicken pie and then we shared some apple pie and custard.
Very pretty garden. A little steep on the entry price, but a project well worth supporting.
