  • If you're into historical places, and into discovering more about life in Pre-Industrial England, this little watermill is a treasure. For starters, it's about as picturesque a building and location as you could wish for., great for photo opportunities. The tour also has much to recommend it, delving into the site's history back to the tenth century, and providing an excellent insight into how an old-style watermill actually functions through every step pf the process. And once you're done taking it all in, there's a tearoom next to the millpond, where you can relax with a cup of tea and a scone.
  • A fantastic place to visit! We learned about the history of the mill and was amazed to know the mill has been there 200 years and a mill of some sort has been there 900 years! The volunteers who ran it were helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. The kids enjoyed it too and some great food after the tour and walk along the mill pond
