  • Lovely way to spend an afternoon, so much food to choose from, lots of different cultures, bit of a jumble sale with the clothes, but some interesting things too, def return if I go back to oxford! .
  • It's a good place to buy things from veg to antiques, second hand things, hand craft and some nice food .
  • The market got a variety of food stalls, vintage clothes, books and decoration! I've visited couples of time and tried the Venezuelan Food truck Arepas's and Italian's polenta lasagna! If you're think...  more »

  • Okay, this is a real deal market. The real deal. Honest to goodness old school butchers hanging and bleeding out deceased animals, real deal bakers who know what they're baking, and every other basic purchasable amenity of a good life life, except bloody toilets. Go to this market if you want proper daily market experience, sheltered from the rain. And for goodness sake I wish the UK would sort its toilets, and I wouldn't have to waste so much visiting time waiting for the female members of our group to find them.
  • This is a great location to mooch about on a lazy Saturday or Sunday. There are plenty of unusual shops and items available. Around Christmas they have game hanging in the butcher stalls which is great education for the kids. If it's a haircut or tea and a slice of cake or just a touristy wander though Oxford this is a place you must stop and see.
  • This place is awesome. Warm. Varied. Had a great coffee in TBC then looked at all the butchers
  • Great atmosphere and lovely quirky shops. Recommend the pies from the Butchers. Well worth a visit.
  • A mixture of food shops, fish, meat, game, cheese. Lovely cake shop doing bespoke decorating. Coffee shops, clothing shops and fast food. Good mixture of small shops selling out of the ordinary items.
