  • This is a great place to window shop or pop in for a lunch. Expect high prices in many of the little boutiques though.
  • Once you're there it doesn't matter what is happening outside. Your locked in to a little world of shops and stalls. The green grocer is first class as is the cake shop where one can watch them decora...  read more »
  • Oxford's Covered Market is one of the better markets I've visited. There's a wide assortment of food, from buy-ahead to eat-in-the-moment, and bric-à-brac. I regretted going late in the day, as my fee...  read more »
  • A nice little area to walk around and window-shop or grab a bite to eat. Also, a good place to kill the time while you wait for some passing rain to stop. In the market you can find: butcher, florist, cobbler, cake shop, coffee shop, restaurant and other.
  • This older shopping area is quite interesting and very centrally located there are not a tremendous amount of shops in this market but there are many surrounding streets covered with stores of all kinds. You can however find several reasonably priced eateries herein . They are certainly not user friendly for people with bikes who would like to lock them up, all that are provided are multiple signs to keep them away if you have a bike
  • A really lovely indoor market with lots of wonderful individual shops and food places. Interesting architecture and great to see a market that offers something above the average.
  • This place is never the same as on your previous visit. Tested the food, in the Chinese Dumplings stall, and they were amazing
  • Things are a bit pricey here but a definite must to experience the local colors and flavors of Oxford all under one roof
