  • If you're a Yank, you're accustomed to mega malls. This market's claim to fame is that it was established in 1774 – before our nation was established. So we Yanks have nothing on Brits as far as shopp...  more »
  • It is a covered market of English-style with white beam ceilings and lots of independent shops, where you can find from hats to flowers, passing through Ben completo Cookies delicious cookies. If you are strolling through the city is a very picturesque and friendly place for a stroll.

  • Very compact and comfortable. Lots of cheap, quality food and cafe, also decent butchery and grocery. A must-go if u want to truly feel the real everyday life of people
  • This amazing place is losing its sparkle as the grocers and butchers get edged out by endless average cafes. A few gems remain and still worth a visit but not the heart of Oxford any more
  • Decent place to look around, but many places are on the expensive side. There are some good places to eat here, but the shopping is generally (but not always) overpriced.
  • Loved this place. Compact, but having a fantastic selection of shops, from some of the best looking and tasting fruit and veg, to beautiful shoes and leather goods, to super tasty ice creams. Well worth stopping in
  • Great selection of shops with an old school feel. Meatmasters is worth a visit for uni students.
