This was our third visit to Eweleaze and it's become an annual event. The campsite is _huge_ - there are so many fields, each with different features e.g. cars allowed, sea views, sheltered, etc. Ther... read more »
We camp there with our family each summer. We have alot of pets and love animals. The only thing is that on the beach field it has a slope so if you have a large tent like us it blows away! They also have alot of activities including giunea pig handling and sometimes pony riding and there is also story time in the early evening for little kids. There is also alot of pubs around.

I camped at Osmington Hill Farm campsite for 4 nights over Easter weekend. The field was in a nice location with great views of the white horse at the top end of the field. But next time I think I would prefer to be nearer to Lulworth Cove / Worth Matravers Area as there is more to see round there and nice pubs etc. Facilities were fairly basic. The shower was lovely and powerful and warm, but had a short timer for the light meaning you had to shower in the dark. The washing up room was well equipped. We were very disappointed because of how boggy and wet our location on the field was. We asked to stay in the dryer and more sheltered side of the field due to the bad stormy weather but the owner said we had to stay in pitch 6, despite other areas of the field not being full up and the most sheltered part of the field being used by someone with a caravan. Due to the boggy conditions of the field and our exposed location in the campsite, our tent became flooded and several of our poles broke meaning we had to stay in a bnb the last night. We were disappointed we couldn't stay in a more elevated and sheltered part of the field. Also one of the owners, Wendy, was very rude. I would not stay at this campsite again due to it being very exposed and boggy. It is more suitable for caravans I think.
Very nice location/area and views. Good onsite shop for coffee and croissants. Didn't mind sleeping on an angle too much.
Great site - read the 1 star review carefully and you'll realise that all the things he's moaning about are actually the best bits - eco toilets, lovely family friendly vibe and a pot bellied pig wandering about at will - oh and the sea views! What more could you want...
Amazing holiday camp site. Great views, really well thought out services. Now an annual ritual for my family
