Nottingham Greyhound Stadium is a greyhound racing track and stadium on the outskirts of Nottingham, England. It was voted ‘Central Region Racecourse of the Year’ by the British Greyhound Racing Board for 1998-1999 and 2001-2002.Races at the course are held on Monday, Friday and Saturday evenings as well as an additional BAGS (Bookmakers’ Afternoon Greyhound Service) meeting on Tuesday mornings. The circumference of the track is 437m.CompetitionsThe stadium holds several competitions annually, the most prestigious of which is the Select Stakes, a competition that was originally held at Wembley. Been a couple of times. Once on trackside and a couple of times upstairs (hen do &a work party) food is good and tasty and incredible value for money. It's great that they come and take your bets too.... read more »

On the day we attended there was little atmosphere but still a fun evening. I imagine it could be much better on a busier day...
A good place for group outings but be prepared for a learning curve if you don't know how the betting works. It's best not to think about the dogs for too long either
Won more ere than i expected its a lucky dip me and my fiance kath have both fully enjoyed our time spent here winter hmmm... debateable as it gets cold cold but food not too desirable summer only for us..
Nice friendly place
Experienced a great night out here. Was great fun and there was a fantastic atmosphere. Was able to sit down have a good hearty meal and bets taken at the table while we could clearly watch the race from the comfort of our seats. Very much recommended, makes a fantastic night out with friends.
