  • When you think of Nottingham you think of lace. The Lace Market Centre sadly did not fulfil my expectations. I had imagined learning about the development of the lacemaking industry, maybe some displa...  more »

  • Adam is fantastic. His treatment is bespoke depending on your needs. He ensures you get the full time as treatment also and is very good with after patient care if you do have questions. Great clinic!
  • Adam is very passionate about what he does, he has addressed not only my issues but also explained and answered everything i needed to know to get better. His knowledge is huge and would recommend him to everyone. His ability to identify causes by just looking at my basic movements blew me away. I have visited different therapists and all of them either cracked my back or prescribed general stretches but Adam, he took time to see how my body performs during tests and he pointed that my left side worked differently than my right side. I believe that when he looks at someone he can see all possible routes and as our bodies sometime choose the wrong one he will do his best to put the body on the right one. I am very thankful that Adam's clinic is in Nottingham as I will always go to see him when I need fixing.
  • A very refreshing experience. A true professional, highly knowledgeable and intent on getting clients 'up and running' as opposed to prolonging expensive treatments. Highly recommended...
  • Following a recommendation from a personal trainer at my local gym, I went to visit Adam about lower back pain which I had been experiencing for some time. The initial part of the assessment was dedicated to understanding not only the injury I was struggling with, but also my sporting history and any other injuries I had suffered in the past. The second part of my booking focussed around a physical assessment, where Adam looked at my movement patterns as he put me through a number of basic tasks (walking, twisting etc.). The benefit of this was that not only did he identify what was causing the back pains I was experiencing, but he was also able to identify several other functional issues I was demonstrating, which could cause me bother in the future. Adam then put me through a mini test, specific to what he had identified, before prescribing a pragmatic approach to rehab in order to regain optimal function. One of the best things for me was the fact that Adam didn't simply say what the problem was before prescribing a plan, he took the time to speak of anatomy and function (which for a sports science student such as myself was fascinating), whilst also going into great levels of depth to help me understand what was wrong, what could have caused it and what could be done to fix it. Overall, I would recommend Adam highly to anyone suffering from an injury, and he will definitely be my first port of call in the future!
  • I visited the lace market clinic after damaging my bicep. I found my assessment appointment with Adam both informative & reassuring. As with any active person it's comforting to be told your ailment can be cured. I was finding the limiting effects of my injury frustrating. I underwent a number of deep massage and acupuncture sessions and am pleased to report the injury was cleared up completely. I will have no hesitation in using The Lace Market Clinic again when I (inevitably!) sustain further injuries. I have also recommended their services to numerous friends & family members.
